Running late

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment
time so that you can check-in. If you are running late, please contact the salon directly - Locations

To ensure we provide a high-quality service to all clients, arrivals more than 10 minutes after the scheduled booking time may result in the appointment being cancelled, and a charge equal to the cost of your treatment(s) will be applied.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

You can manage your appointment in our booking portal. Please be advised that same-day cancellations are not permitted, regardless of when the appointment was made. A 100% charge will be applied to all same-day cancellations, as it restricts availability for other clients.

Walk-ins

Due to limited availability, we recommend that all clients book in advance. However, if you are walking by, please check at reception for the latest availability. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Group Bookings

Group bookings are always welcome. If you would like to book treatments for a group at the same time, please email us at with the time, date, number of guests and treatments required. Our team will be happy to assist.

Medical Conditions

If you have a medical condition that may affect your ability to receive a treatment, please email Swanky. We are here to support where possible.

I Am Pregnant, Can I Still Have A Treatment?

Treatments are safe during pregnancy. You should have a patch test before you proceed with the treatment as skin can change during pregnancy. Please follow advice from your GP.

Is There Any Under Age Policy?

You must be 16 years of age to receive treatments unaccompanied. We cannot accommodate clients under the age of 16 for the LED Phototherapy facials.

Do I Need To Have A Patch Test?

A patch test takes 5 mins. A therapist will apply a little of the product in the crook of the on to your skin. We advise keeping this in place for 24 hours to detect any adverse reaction. You can book your patch test on our booking portal.
